1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with gamepj, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from accessing online gaming services. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gamepj platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, whether accessing gamepj from desktop computers, mobile devices, tablets, or any other internet-enabled device. Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the website.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on gamepj. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card.

You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. gamepj does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Each player is permitted to register only one (1) account with gamepj. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

gamepj employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before you can withdraw funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account restrictions.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify gamepj customer support. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

gamepj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT) for VIP players. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You must deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from someone else's GCash account, bank account, or payment method) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being refunded and your account being suspended pending investigation.

gamepj does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, your bank) may impose transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your gamepj account within 5 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for bank transfers.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 via the Wallet section of your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze/Silver ₱50,000 per day, Gold ₱150,000 per day, Platinum ₱300,000 per day, Diamond ₱500,000 per day.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require submission of government ID and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if there are changes to your payment method or account information.

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 10 minutes during normal circumstances. Bank transfers process within 1–3 hours during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Philippine Time, excluding holidays). Cryptocurrency withdrawals (VIP only) process within 30 minutes.

gamepj reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the account will be investigated and the player will be notified via email.

3.3 Wagering Requirements for Bonuses

Bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before winnings can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20%. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4. Gameplay & Game Rules

4.1 Fair Play

All games offered by gamepj are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including JILI, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech. These games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to win unfairly
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving services
• Money laundering or using gamepj for illegal financial transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gamepj staff

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be voided and refunded to the player's account. gamepj is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures, power outages, or device malfunctions on the player's end.

5. Responsible Gaming

gamepj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Players can also request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support.

7. Limitation of Liability

gamepj is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, gamepj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of gamepj shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may close your gamepj account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of wagering requirements for any active bonuses.

gamepj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of account termination for violation of terms, all funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of gamepj shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If you have a complaint, you must first contact gamepj customer support to seek resolution.

10. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and gamepj regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
